Let's come together on the longest night of the year to celebrate winter. We'll practice a few gentle postures to prepare for Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) where we'll lay down in a long savasana and listen to guided instructions as you drift to the edge of sleep. Bring a mat, pillow for your head, eye shades, blanket, and maybe a rolled up blanket under your knees. Then, we'll sit up and practice an ancient form of meditation known as vishoka (sorrowless joy). In person or zoom. Register below:
